Favorite Meal cooked using a Grill

I have a lot of favorite meal that I've cooked using a grill. It's really hard to pick just one so I'll post my 3 favorites.
  • Strip Steak ( used a homemade rub on it before grilling)
  • Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings ( my version of the Buffalo Wild Wings wings. )
  • BBQ Chicken Breast ( used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce )

    Gosh, I feel like I shouldn't have looked at this blog while I was already hungry! I'm tempted to say that my favorite grilled dish is BBQ chicken because it's hard to do wrong -- but the truth is, nothing's better than a grilled steak that's been handled by a pro. If done correctly (not too raw, not too dry, not too chewy, etc.) I think it's the single best meal you could have!

    My favorite thing cooked on a grill is actually Mexican-styled grilled corn. The ones they make at Cafe Habana in the city are delicious!! But, I also love kalbi (marinated beef short ribs) - which is a Korean staple.

    My mouth is watering from these pictures! Late night grilling may be in my near future. I think my favorite meal that's cooked on the grill would have to be beer can chicken, and yes it is exactly what it sounds like. You take beer can, place a whole seasoned chicken over it, put it on the grill, and voila beer can chicken is served! The grill crisps the skin while the beer makes the meat tender and juicy. This perfect combination simply melts in your mouth!

      I've always wanted to try to make that myself, but I've tried at a friend's BBQ and it was delicious.

    I love grilled chicken!! Not just because it is healthy, but you can grill it and spice is up with nice dressing. My favorite time to do it is in the summer because you can use the outdoor bbq!
